2009 Practice Schedule
Practice will begin on March 10th, 2009 and will be held on Tuesdays & Thursdays from
at the Upper Moreland High School Wrestling Room.

It is not necessary to have your USA Card for practice but you will need it in order to compete
in any tournaments this season so please apply for one as soon as possible.

Practice Layout
Practice will consist of teaching, live wrestling and conditioning. This 1.5 hour practice will be very fast paced, so come to practice ready
to work. We only have about three months untill Freestlye/Greco Championships in June, so we must work
as hard as possible to get to the level we need to be at.
Directions to the Wrestling Room
Park in the gymnasium parking lot area located on the left side (rear) of the high school. After you park, enter the gymnasium doors and turn right to go down the hallway. Contuine to follow hallway around the corner untill you go through another set of metal doors inside the building. You will then see an
exit on your left with stairs that go downstairs or outside. Take the stairs down one flight and you will see the wrestling room door on your right.
